Chicago Police were chasing a Dodge Durango through crowded streets on February 16, 2017. At the time of this article, police have not yet stated why they were chasing this vehicle.
According to ABC7, the driver of the Durango ran a red light and hit the driver’s side of a Chevy Equinox while it was in the intersection of Gostlin and Columbia Avenue, killing the little girl inside.
The driver of the Dodge Durango was Donnell Howard Jr.
